We make BaseBind-X adaptable to your equipment and procedures, not the other way around. No specialized equipment is required.
Scarify the road surface
On most dirt road projects, a motor grader with scarifying teeth rips into the surface. Deep scarification opens the road so it is more receptive to water and BaseBind-X.
Apply the product
Use EnviroTech Services trucks dialed in to the specified application rate, or apply it yourself on your schedule with your own water truck. Flexible delivery options are available.
Mix it into the road
Inject and mix with a reclaimer, blend with a motor grader or blade, or use a disc harrow or cultivator behind a tractor to blend the product into the loosened surface.
Compact
Compaction is vital to success however you accomplish it. Options range from pneumatic and steel rollers to letting public traffic do the compacting.
Repair, rework, or grade later
BaseBind-X products allow the road to be repaired, reworked, or graded without destroying the effectiveness of the stabilizer.

What is the difference between BaseBind-X, BaseBind-3X, and BaseBind-4X?
They are formats of the same proprietary blend. BaseBind-X is a ready-to-use liquid. BaseBind-3X is a super concentrate mixed with up to four parts water before application, and it can be stored in tanks or totes. BaseBind-4X is also a concentrate. What roads can BaseBind-X be used on?
BaseBind-X can be used on dirt roads and on RAP surfaces, and it mixes into a variety of road bases. Typical uses include gravel and county roads, mining and industrial roads, oil and gas access roads, construction sites, military and government infrastructure, and agricultural and forestry roads.
What equipment do I need to apply BaseBind-X?
It works with equipment you may already have, including reclaimers, motor graders, disc harrows and cultivators, and water trucks or sprayers. EnviroTech Services can also apply it with its own trucks at the specified application rate.
Can I grade or rework a road treated with BaseBind-X?
Yes. BaseBind-X products allow the road to be repaired, reworked, or graded without destroying the effectiveness of the stabilizer.
Is BaseBind-X a low-chloride product?
Yes. BaseBind-X is an ultra-low chloride formulation, which makes it a prime option for sensitive areas or places where chloride buildup is a concern.
